About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives. You will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services (Web, Mobile & Software Solutions).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and pursue fresh business opportunities in both domestic and global markets
- Establish, nurture, and strengthen long-term client relationships through trust and value-focused communication
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet business growth objectives
- Present and showcase company offerings (Web, Mobile, and Software Development services) to prospective clients
- Generate high-quality leads, craft proposals, and finalize deals using strong negotiation abilities
- Work closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue milestones
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in Business Development / Sales within the IT sector
- Solid background in B2B sales with exposure to international markets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of current trends in Web, Mobile App, and Software Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
