About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives. You will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services (Web, Mobile & Software Solutions).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and acquire new business opportunities in domestic & international markets
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships through trust and value-driven engagement
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Present and pitch company services (Web, Mobile, and Software Solutions) to potential clients
- Generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, and close deals through strong negotiation skills
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- Proven track record in Business Development / Sales in the IT industry
- Strong experience in B2B sales and exposure to international markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Web, Mobile App & Software Development trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
